Hi,

Does anyone have an idea on the use and how the data are populated into the below 3 standard operational reports related to work order.

  • Work Order Index
  • Work Order Information
  • Work Order Operation Information

You can find these 3 reports in the list of Order Report option in IFS, however, there is no any search parameters and no data is getting into the report, just only the header/footer. I have tried different IFS environments, no data is getting into these reports.

Does anyone know about any information for these 3 reports ? Any pre-requisites to be done for the data to be loaded into this. I have a thinking that these reports may be deprecated reports, or have issues but not identified maybe because customers are not using these reports.

Any idea ?

When a Work Order is Released, you will se an option ‘Work Order Report Control”

 

When you press this, you can select several reports, including your reports:
