Within the EAM repair module, I have the option:
Repair and Place in Facility
What is the equivalent option in FSM?
The scenario is as follows:
1. I sell an item with a serial number, and the serialized object is automatically created in the Facility.
2. Two months later, the equipment breaks down at the customer's site, and I remove it using a work task; the serialized object moves from the Facility to Inventory.
3. What options do I have in IFS to place the serialized object back into the Facility when returning the equipment?
I have only found this within a repair order using the "Repair and Place in Facility" configuration.
Is there a corresponding feature in FSM?
