Resource Monitoring Gantt : PM allocation / Training

Training Allocations!

1: In IFS Training, create a Course in Course Specifications that got course duration, a Trainer (The trainer has to be register as trainer and also resource in maintenance/service), and a Course Syllabus that also got Activated.

2: Create a Training event that got Start and End Dates and the above Course Specification inserted into Offered Courses. Insert the trainer and then select Get Default Agenda in the Agenda Tab before you select Publish.

3: After the Publish, select the Participant tab and insert at least one participant that also exist as a maintenance/service resource.

4: Query the Resource Monitoring Gantt and find the allocation bars related to the Training event.

PM Action allocations:

When it got to the PM Action allocations, you need “Maintenance Planning Board (MPB)” to do the PM Allocation in Apps10 and Cloud. Up to Apps9, you get the possibility to allocating the resources directly on the pm actions calendar plan.
