Does anyone know why the repair parts cannot be unissued?
If it is a system behavior, is there any workaround to unissued, as the user has used a wrong serial number and need to use the correct one?

Based on the IFS RnD response when doing a repair work order, it is not allowed to "Unissue an issued repair part line" as it is right now. This is the intended functionality for now and changing this is considered to be an enhancement.
