Is it possible to add some custom field on IFS MWO 10 service app?

Yes, its possible to do this in Apps 10. Once the custom field is published you need to add it to Entity Details (ifs.com) and then add it to the app page in Solution Manager > Touch Apps > Configuration > Apps for Page Designer
