At the moment I cannot connect the serial object to another serial object because the current position is “in inventory”.
How can I make the current position status as “in factory” in the serial object of a part that is tracked as serial part in stock?

As the error message says you cannot move the serial object since its in the inventory. You need to get that serial back into the facility.
For this, you can get that serial issued and place that serial back in the facility through a work task using “place serial in equipment structure’
