In our IFS Cloud all our automatically created repair work orders lose their Object ID when they are moved to history. Does anyone here recognize this and perhaps have an explanation?

But we can also see this from WO completions in older versions of Cloud.

When a work order is moved from the active entity (ActiveSeparate) to the historical entity (HistoricalSeparate), MchCode and MchCodeContract are empty. The only value that is transferred with the automatically created work orders is EquipmentObjectSeq.

The issue can be identified by comparing data from the ACTIVE_SEPARATE view and the WORK_ORDER view, where it is evident that MchCode is missing in WORK_ORDER.

When the work orders are completed and moved to the historical entity, the primary key used by the work order becomes blank, since MchCode is missing. This can also be observed through entity history logging.
