I've looked through everything and I still get this message on the work order:
Resource “xxcxxx” does not have valid Maintenence/Service specific Site Settings defined?

Could you please check the below and try again,
- Resources and resource groups need to be defined and connected to each other in Resource Navigator and have connections for the work task site.
- Resources and Resource Groups should be compatible to use in Maintenance.
- The Resource needs to be connected to the Maintenance Organization or allowed in any Maintenance Organization on the Site (that is when Maintenance Organization is kept blank on the site record) in Resource Details > Maintenance/Service tab.
You can find these in the “Product Documentation” as well. (Click on User (top right corner) > Product Documentation). Also kindly mention the version that you are using.
