Hello IFS community,

I wondered if there is a log file where I can see when and who and IP made the changes in the IFS EU roles?

I am trying to investigate from where and user made the changes.

Another quick question, What do I need to be aware of after I change the Administrator Main User password?

Currently using IFS 9

Thanks,

JL

Hi @ZTC ZTC JGOTA,

Changes to permission sets and roles won’t be recorded in any of IFS log files, but you can try to setup history logging. You won’t be able to see the IP address(if I understood correctly), although you would be able to see which user did the change. Have a look at following post.

I am assuming you are referring to IFSADMIN password. If that is the case, if you change the password from the database, then you need to change it from IFS Middleware Server as well using the installer. This is applicable for all IFS system users such as IFSSYS, IFSINFO etc. in IFSAPP9.

Hope this helps!
