Good Morning All - Is there a way to attach a Child Work Order to a different Parent Work Order, i.e. not the original Parent Work Order. When I attempt to attach to a Parent Work Order I receive a message stating……….. ‘This is not allowed as it will cause a Structure loop’
Any advice will be very much appreciated. Thank you

Hi, I would try to use the Structure for Work Order window to do this.
Open up the original parent in this window and then remove the link to the child by deleting the related row in the underlying table (this will not delete the child WO but just the link to the parent).
Then open the new parent WO in this window and connect the child WO to this parent by adding a new row in the underlying table.
