I see a lot of mentioning of "IFS Operational Intelligence" in both marketing material as well as in roadmap, anyone with a description? Is this a concept? Technical components?

Best Regards

Anders

Hi Anders, I think this refers to the product that was developed by VisionWaves, a firm IFS acquired in 2015. IFS rebranded it into IFS EOI or something (Enteprise Operational Intelligence), but latest I heard was that that this product has been sunset.

I noticed that the explanatory text attached to the screen shot above dissapeared. It is taken from the 26R1 roadmap. We will dig deeper into this in our IFS Cloud implementation but it would be nice to get a head start… a little more marketing is seen below…

Anybody from IFS with som info?

Hi @Anders Jansson , thanks for raising this – it’s a good question.

IFS Operational Intelligence is a product, not just a concept. It is an IFS solution focused on consolidating data from multiple sources and using exception‑based monitoring, analytics, and diagnostics to help organizations monitor operations, identify issues, and support better operational decision‑making.

For reference, here are some official IFS resources that describe the product and its scope in more detail:

Hopefully this helps clarify what IFS Operational Intelligence is and how it fits into the broader IFS portfolio. If you have follow‑up questions around roadmap visibility or use cases, feel free to shout.

Best regards,
Grzegorz
