Hi Andryis,

To be able to use in Tech Portal you need to have a Work Task connected to a Work Order(generated from PM) which has an Work Assignment created for the logged in user.

It is not mandatory to have a Resource Demand. But you need to have a Work Assignment allocated directly or through a scheduling engine.

There is no difference if the Work Order is generated through PM action or Manually.

Hope this clarifies your question.

Hi Andryis,

I’m not clear about your question.

Do you need to disregard the PM generated Work Orders in the Maintenance Engineer Portal?

Best Regards

Eresha

Hi @ereslk

I’d like to use the portal maintenance engineer to view and manage any WO generated from PM action (Calendar based). How to make that possible? Do I need to create work template with demand resource or whatever in my PM action?

Thank you
