In IFS Cloud PM Action Journals have following event types.
However we cant get any records under Modified option even though we have modified the PM Action by adding a customer or any other change. What could be the reason for this?

The ‘Modified’ event type does not capture the edits to the PM action as you described. Instead, the following actions trigger the ‘Modified’ event:
- Change of Last Work Task Completion Date of Work Order created from the PM action.
- Change PM Program/ Revision
- Disconnect PM Program
