I’ve tried to close a task and WO related to the tile terminated but I can’t decrease the value of the tile. Do you have an idea how to bring to zero the number of the tile “terminated”?.

I hope you are referring to the Completed Element in Maintenance Engineer Portal.
The data shown in the completed element displays work assignments which are completed, incomplete or cancelled and has the Work finish day within 30 days prior to sys date.
So Work Assignments finished will be shown if the Work Finish date is within 30 days prior to sys date and eventually be removed when the sys date progresses.
