have anybody tried to setup the FASN up to comply with ISO 14224 ???
we have made our own solution in IFS8 but enabled the Item class etc in IFS 10 for setting this up in accordance with IFS, but doesnt really seem to be able to make the ISO 14224 “Multilevel” reporting … ??

Hi sorry had to reset my password ;-)
the ISO 14224 is a multilevel reporting so when you have the main system and create a WO on this your first level of reporting you have the first level of subfunctions, when you select a sublevel you get the relevant choices for the subsystem.
If you want to do this in IFS you can use the child itemclasses, but they can only be used for the main Itemclass of where they where created and thus not reused for other itemclasses and when using more functions your Symptom/cause selections are multiplied to a point where it is not usefull.
