I am planning a job migration of type CREATE_OUTPUT_FILE but I have an error message, can you help me, am i doing it right, this is my first time to use this functionality.

Based on this error it seems duplicate records are trying to get inserted to the table .I think this need to be investigated further . IF you can please raise a ticket to the support.

Given information is not sufficient to give you an answer.
By looking at the error message , you are trying to insert duplicate records for the intface_job_detail_tab table and that is why giving such error.
This table contains primary key as INTFACE_NAME, LINE_NO and you cannot insert duplicate records for both of these fields.
Please check your migration job again.
