When trying to update a Measurement via Measurements for Object we are getting this error message and I have no idea how to resolve?

Is this something Sys Admin can resolve OR is this a bug that requires reporting to IFS CEC?

Thanks,

It's really hard to say, but this could be a bug. Unless there is some custom field, customization or other that affects the process. I would file a support case if I were you.

Hi @Mathias Dahl  @lisa.gilesAB , did you solve this issue? I’m facing it now with APPS10 UPD17 as the user try to insert a value mesuarement from mobile causing a failed transation.

Hi @lopespetro

We resolved this by changing the property value of PM_CON_PLAN_SYNC to a BATCH via the Object Properties Window.

Object Properties can be access via System Definition > Object Properties logged in as an APPOWNER

This resolved the issue for us.

Thanks,

Lisa
