I noticed that the line generated yr plan shows a due date that has already passed(year 2021). What do you think could have led to this situation? Any insights on the possible reasons would be helpful!

It is difficult to identify the reason just by looking at this screen print.
Can you kindly add a screen print, displaying the values in below columns too?

Sorry, I cannot really figure out from this information. May be you can add the condition criteria as well , to check whether it helps ?
And also, can you add the steps the user performed, to encounter such planning data ? Is it repeatable ?
