Direct issue on technician portal. Cost not go back to the activity

hi,

In technician portal i use dirrect issu.

costs do not go back into the activity of the work order connected to this activity

Is it normal or its a bug (Ifs issued to be corrected) ?

1/ Direct issue used in technican Portal
 

2/ Workorder connected tio the activity

2/ cost are empty  in activity

Hi djedaiB,

Direct Issue in Tech portal caters material to be issued from Standard inventory and thus the Cost/revenue associated with the material issue will not reflect in the Project Activity.

This is not a bug.

Although there has been a request to enhance the direct issue capability to issue material from Project Inventory, R&D is currently investigating the possibility and might release that functionality in IFS Cloud 23R2 version.

waiting 23R2 :

if i want the cost/revenue to go back to the a activity linked to the workorder, i user new material in techncian Portal . ( A materiel demande is created. then I set Supply code to order stock . then the cost appear in the activity.
 

then I change supply code to invent order (to use standard inventory)

 

Then the cost/revenue go back to the activity connected to the workorder


after 23R2 . direct issue will go back cost / revenue to the activity even if i use Standard inventory  and  workorder connected to an activity)

 

Is that right ?
