Creating Serial object with rental process

Hi everyone,

We are trying to create serial object with the rental module, but we don’t manage to do it.

We have enabled “create SM object” on sales part, but the object is not created when we deliver rental CO lines.

Is it possible to create object with this process ? Do you have any other solutions ?

Is this issue still persisting? Did you ever find a solution to create a Serial Object automatically in rental scenario’s?
