Receiving below error msg

Code string combination "740100/701000/-/R001/P000154.01/PT02/-/C999/-/-/-/" is not included in any one of the allowed combination rules for user group  in company B022.                  

 

ORA-20110: CustomerOrderInvItem. AccountingCodestrComb.INVCOMB2

@CGMRUNAL You get this error message when your user is not added to any User Groups. Try adding your user to a User Group (AC, AR). Also make sure the user group is valid for the period.

we are still receiving the error msg.

Hi @CGMRUNAL ,

 

As @Link mentioned, have you checked the Combination Rules for your user group? After reviewing those you need to adjust the allowed combinations based on your transaction.

As stated above, the user that created the transaction must belong to a User Group that is set up in Combination Rules with the rights to create a transaction with that code string.   After you adjust Users per User Group and/or Combination Rules, Rerun Erroneous Transactions and that should clear the error.
