Can't Set Up User as Mobile User

When we try to set up a user as Mobile User, we get this error message.

I suspect it is because we have previously had this user setup as a mobile user, however, due to some changes in the system, we had to link the user to another employee record. 

This user had mobile work assignments previously. How do we clear this?

Hi,

 

Can you check in “Transferred Tasks/Work Assignments” under “Transferred to” that there are active assignments for this user? Then you can try after Cancel/Incomplete tasks.

These are completed, but can’t seem to clear them now. Should they be cleared from here once complete?

They are not cleared once you complete. Actually, I need to find out how they get cleared. I checked in my environment some completed jobs are there while some still in the page. As I remember there is a database task to clear completed jobs from MWO after certain time. I need to revisit and check.
 

By the way, did you solve this issue now?

Thank you, I’ll check too. I have a call with IFS support next week, and was hoping they might be able to assist with this too. As I’m a bit stuck at the moment.
