The weighted average is equal to o(Min estimate) x (Analysis Min Weight Factor) + (Most Likely estimate) x (Analysis Norm Weight Factor) + (Max estimate) x (Analysis Max Weight Factor)] / /(Analysis Min Weight Factor) + (Analysis Norm Weight Factor) + (Analysis Max Weight Factor)]
