We have registered new serial objects in IFS and enabling them for measurement.
End-users are to enter meter readings through the Upload Measurements functionality in bulk.
Keen to know if there is a relatively easy way to setup the Meter IDs in bulk for the initial setup.

Is it meter IDs you want to setup for the serial objects or do you want to create testpoint parameters for the serial object and then add the meter information on the parameter? or just the latter part?
