We have observed that SLA functionality is available for service contracts. Is there a similar SLA feature for managing supplier in IFS Cloud?

@Ali142 the SLA functionality was greatly imporved as part of the NextGenServiceMgmt (Service Requests) in IFS Cloud.

Question, what for would you need SLAs with Suppliers?

Maybe for suppliers you could use the below screens to track quality and reliability?

I’m not aware of any SLA functionality for Suppliers/Procurment.
