Our customers are able to attach files when creating Service Orders. We would like to kick off an internal project to make use of these attachments.
Where are these stored?
I have found references to the attachments in the database in table ap_attachments, but the file content does not appear to be in the db, base64 string, blob, or otherwise.
How can we access these attachments in bulk, and refer them back to the original ap_table_key?

The files are stored in the folder on the server defined in the Configuration Editor. If your application is hosted, please log a support ticket for more details about your settings.

Susie, is this for Alliance? ie. global.xml?
