One of the basic settings we have changed in Astea Alliance is to not send Billing Summary Reports to customers - we have a lot of sales through leasing companies, and the price we use are not for the end customers to know. So we have disabled -10099 in MOE and enabled -10185 (which is a customized service order report that contains all information our customers need).
