The Astea Helpdesk/Customer Portal are currently unavailable. I’ve logged an urgent/high priority ticket with our internal teams to have this issue addressed ASAP. Further updates will be provided as soon as they’re available.

    This is still being currently worked on as a P1 issue, but unfortunately, at this stage, the Customer Portal is still unavailable.
