Suggest SA for a s slot in the future

Hi,

 

I use the suggest SA today (29/01 for a SV Opendate 28/01  ETA date : 29/01/2024 16:00
I run a search for tomorrow. I have a list of results.
I select the first Tech in the list 

 

 

The SV was assigned to the tech at 00h00 on the 30/01
 

I assume that if I make a search for a specific date/time in the future, Alliance should assign the activity since this start date/time and not at the begining of the day.

Hi Anthony,

I think this is determined from the Evaluate From used in the settings.

So if you are doing a search for a date in the future, seems to me it will base this on the location of the field engineer for his last activity prior to the time you searched provided you set that Evaluate From option.  Otherwise, it looks like it was checking the location from the end of the shift in your screenshot.

Thanks for your suggestion

Yesterday, I have used the “current location” evaluation method.
But whatever the method used , the suggest SA should take in account the shift of the SA, shouldn't it ?
In my case the activity was planned in the past and in the “grey section”
Today, I made another test with other evaluation method : last activity, start of the shift and the result is the same.  The activity was assigned on the next day but at 00:00
