Hi,

For one of our customer, we would like to increase the size on the signature box on the mobile device (mainly smartphones).

Signature is essential for them, and technicians complain that the box is really too small.

How can we request for that box to be larger ?

HI Laurence,

Normally, you should log an RFE ticket in the Support Partner portal and it would be reviewed whether it is feasible or not.  If it will not be changed in Standard, then it would have to be requested as a customization if it is even possible.

Keep in mind, not all phones have the same resolutions, etc. so there may be some limitations due to the necessary UX design.

We don’t have a way to increase the height of that signature box in the standard application (i.e. via MOE settings or in the Mobile Customizer application), so this would need to be done as a small customization request.

Hi Laurence,

We have run into this issue as well.  One workaround is to instruct the employees to rotate their smartphones sideways (landscape) which will make the signature box bigger.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for this tips.

Unfortunatly, event this way they find it to small (automatically rotated for them).
