Hi

 

Customer has a very intense use of the Dispatch Console to schedule activities, and has asked to be able to see, and DISPATCH activities which are in suspended status.

Despite they can see them, suspended activities are not managable from the DC, whereas we made them able to update fields within activity zoom (especially ETA and tech).

 

Is there any way to allow dispatch from the Console even for suspended activities ?

Hi Laurence,

Suspended means no changes or actions can be taken against the order.  To allow a dispatch means changing the status, etc. thus the order is no longer considered suspended.

I would not expect any order that is suspended to be actionable until it is reactivated.
