Hi , does the web interface have an option anywhere to open '’last open tabs'’ like the Astea Browser shown below?

Hi,
No, unfortunately this was an option developed specifically within the Astea Browser as that was dedicated to be the UI for Alliance (not a general web browser).
What you can do is create favorites to quickly open various modules (tabs) but to have all open automatically once logged into the web application is not possible that U am aware.
