Hi,

In the Alliance 15.4 SU7, we still have the transaction : PSA Task Templates
(we also have some other PSA transactions)

I know that the PSA Center is not available, but I wonder if we have a risk to use this transaction only to define Task Templates.

Some prospects or customers have “project management” activities and even if the PSA center is not available we could use this transaction to define templates, but we need to be sure that this transaction will not be decommissioned in a future update.

I am inquiring with R&D for their input to this question.  The PSA Center itself will not be moved to the Web Employee Portal but is still available in the Astea Browser.

R&D feedback:

PSA Task Templates module exists in 15.4 SU7 and will be available also in future service updates. There are no plans to remove or change existing modules from Web Alliance application.
