Hi, we have a Process Flow for Service Order that runs when Checklist Fail and send an email if an answer in a checklist is “Fail”. 
When the chekcklist type is “activities”, the email is sent if the is a fail answer in the checklist

But when the checklist type is “item List” no mail is sent. 

Do you know what ?

Hi Philippe,

Hard to say without actually seeing how you configured your process flow’s conditions.  The select statement for the data query should be reviewed as well as the conditions configured in the process flow itself.

I am assuming you are using an event driven checklist and the event selected is Order Item Checklist Failed?

in fact I have modified an existing process flow based on “Checklist Failed” (witch worked well) and I have changed it into “Order Items CheckList Failed”. But no email was sent after that modification : in my SV I have answered “fail” on my item checklist but received no email.

So I havec created exactly the same Process Flow from scratch directly with “Order Items CheckList Failed” and I have received an email. 

So OK for me, thank you for your answer
