Is it possible to set up a re-occurring Private Activity in Alliance? For example, if a technician attends a training course on the same day every week, for x number of weeks. This is for a customer on V15SP1HF9.
Maybe you can use a Process Flow to add an activity to an existing timesheet on creation if the activity doesn’t already exist for the week?

That’s a good suggestion, however, this customer does not use the Timesheet module, either on the Backend or via the Mobile app.

We set up an import template to use for this purpose. I haven’t used it yet in v15, but worked well for our needs in 14.
if you are using the dispatch console, couldn’t you set up an “unavailability” in the techs schedule? it wouldn’t show any details is the only problem
