Hello,

Some customers told us that time to time, after creating or editing a  Cs on the portal, if they click on “Orders”, to go back on the list, they have the following error message : 

 then 

 

Any idea about what can causes this ?

I have not seen this previously and feel you should log a Support case for this to ask this question as it will have to be reviewed by R&D.

Please provide the reproduction steps when logging that case.
