PDF File after being loaded in IFS some letter turns invisible

Hello IFS community,

 

Sometimes our users experience issues when the text from a PDF file turn invisibles.

 

The document shows all the context before loading to IFS. Unfortunately, if you want to preview the document from IFS sometimes shows invisible characters. See screenshot for details.

 

For example:

 

Any idea how to fix this issue? Our version is IFS 9

Hello JGOTA,

 

I don’t recall we experienced the similar issue in Alliance ever while uploading PDF document.

I believe, it is related to a specific IFS application.
