Can we have an option to put multiple emails into communication which will send all customer communication.

Hello Firdosh,

No, the Alliance application does not support sending a group of emails based on the contact email address to multiple recipients directly.  You may only have a single email address here.

However, you could set the email address to a distribution group email address defined in your mail server and manage the multiple addresses at that level to get the same affect.

 

 

** Please also note, process flow emails CAN be sent to multiple addresses but this is defined in the process flow (v15.4) which is not available to you as you are using still using v14 which does not have process flows.
