Is there a MOE which control which type of attachments can be available on the mobile device service order ?

For example we have attachemnts on customera nd contracts when i create a service order under a contract and customer  which have some attachments o on the mobile device we can see those attachment . we don’t want for example the attachment on contracts to be available on mobile.
