A number of Alliance users reported that they were missing Status Change option under Service Order, Details page.
The reason why Status Change is hidden, because Service Order has been sent to Mobile device.
It will be available again after Service Order has been released from Mobile.
But for whatever reason if you need to terminate the Service Order from Mobile early, you can do it by turning on the 'Exclude from Mobile' option from Main, Assign/Dispatch page.
