Hi, does anyone know where the setting for default delivery address might lie? I have checked all manner of “settings” or “options” modules within Alliance (we are on V15) but unable to figure out if or where this setting might be. We’d prefer to use “warehouse” rather than “Site”

Hello. The option you’re looking for is “Default PR Delivery To” under “Logistics Settings”.

Junaid is correct.
However if the Service Order does not have default warehouse , it will default to Site Address instead.

Thank you Junaid, i had incorrectly taken that to mean any purchases requisitions would be shipped to the customer
