Is it possible to manage interaction with customer, within the customer portal itself ? And how does it work if yes ? How data are stored in the application ?

Hi Laurence,

If you mean this screen from the Employee Portal:

The answer is no… you do not have access to the interactions within the Partner Portal. I also searched the Customer Portal Help.pdf which did not have any reference to interactions.
