There is a known issue with the Android 3.3.0 version whereby, it may occur that technicians will need to re-enter their Mobile App URL when launching the Mobile application on their devices.
Please note that this does not impact iOS users and will also not impact technicians on Android versions, who are still running earlier versions of the Native Mobile App.
This is a temporary workaround whilst it is being addressed in 3.3.1. We expect 3.3.1 to be available on Google Play during August and we will provide further updates as to when it will be officially available to download.
