Hi All,

I encountered this while performing a test case in a QA task. Invoiced serviced orders are not appearing in the dispatch console, how do I fix this?

Did you try enabling “Load and Display Calls from History” option in the Dispatch Console Settings

Also, you can limit no of records displayed by providing a range of values in the Load period From and Load period To fields.

It was disabled and now sorted. Thank you for your support.


Agree with Pranavan and also take care the load period From is also within range.  For example in his screen shot, orders older than 1 day also will not appear.  I would not advise a too large value here (more than a week in Production) as this can cause resource data issues with too much data for clients to handle if a very busy application.
