Hi,

Is it possible to enable the import button in Sales Order module?

version 15.3.0.5

Hi,

Robin is referring to Alliance v15.3 HF5… has nothing to do with IFS Apps or IFS Cloud.

 

Robin, Alliance does not have a standard Sales Order import template but does have a standard Service Order import template which is why there is an import template on the service order.

Since there there is not a standard sales order template, no design was done to have the import button also on the sales order.  This is the case even in v15.4 SU4 which is the latest version.

It is not a configuration issue and would require a customization at this point.

You cannot change the road if you do not know the map.

    The same import button that is available in Service Order module, but than in Sales Order module to import matieral lines on a created Sales order. (i already created the import with the Import Wizard)

     

     

    You cannot change the road if you do not know the map.

    Sorry, I am not sure what you mean?  Can you provide a screen shot where you think you would like to have an import button and what you hope to be able to import?
