Hello - I have seen hyperlinks that will open a specific service order in the application.

Can anyone provide the format of the URL that does this?

Thank you in advance!

Is this from a lobby?

Not sure I understand ‘lobby’, but here’s a possible scenario.

I have an Excel file with 200 lines for a group of people to action. I’d like the ‘order ID’ in each row to be hyperlinked to open that given order in the application itself.

I can build the URLs to be dynamic to pick up each orderID on that row, but I don’t know the overall URL format to use.

I just noticed you are Alliance - and not IEE/Aurena.  I do not believe the URL’s I have will be able to help.   I hope you find this soon.

Are you already logged into Alliance through a Microsoft Edge browser window (not the standard app browser)?  Try something like the following:

https://YourFQDNServerGoesHere/AsteaAlliance150/form_asp/service_request_maint.shtml?action=retrieve&where_cond=SV2306210001@@1&amp

Hi Reid,

The user indicates they are on v15.1 (HF12 to be upgraded to HF14).  This version does not use the Web Employee Portal as you.  We would need to test a link against the Astea Browser.
