When I select “open UI editor” in Astea v15.3 I don’t get the correct screen. Seems like the graphics are corrupted and can’t use the Customizer (see example attached)

Hi Piet,

Try to remove all the IE cached files, not just by using the Astea Browser clear cache option.

Go to Internet Explorer – Internet Options – General Tab – Browsing History Delete – View Files

After this, please go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp and delete as much as possible (some might be locked – skip them)

This should force the download of the CSS file that appears to be corrupted on your client.

Kind regards,

Phil

I’ve encountered this issue before and submitted a support request. It was fixed  15.1 HF9

To resolve the problem you will need to delete local UIEditor cache files.

Go to the C:\Users\[your windows user]\AppData\Local\Temp\[your windows user]

And delete everything in this folder.

Thank you, Kyle… I agree this was likely fixed by deleting the temp files as you indicated and in my instructions to Piet.  Please note, Piet’s company is using Alliance 15.3 thus 15.1 HF9 itself is not applicable though good to know it was fixed with that release in general.

Again, thanks for the additional information!

Phil
