Hi

We saw that we can use Email Listener with process flow and I have some questions about this topic :

1/ Email Listener vs PF : it seems that we could use both to integrate emails (in globalxml we have to choose one way)

Could you confirm ?

2/ If we choose to use Email + PF : is it possible to use the content of the email (on attachment or on the body) to parse these data in Alliance Field (maybe with a PF action)

If yes, could you show us an example ?

3/ Test PF + Email to create a SV.

We created a PF with email, trying to create a SV with a PF action, but it doesn’t work.

Could you explain why it doesn’t work ?

The content type text/html; charset=UTF-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8). If using a custom encoder, be sure that the IsContentTypeSupported method is implemented properly. The first 1024 bytes of the response were: '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

Thanks and Regards
