Is there any way in checklist to create a filter, where condition would be “different from” ?
Indeed, in the operator list, we can only have (depending on the data type) :
= > < >= <= between.
How can we get a solution to have “<>” operator equivalent ?

No, there is not a solution I can find to support a NOT EQUAL comparison for the display filter of the question. To me, this would be a RFE code change to support this functionality. There are no plans to add additional RFE to the standard product at this point in the product lifecycle.
This should be managed as a BRD local customization if needed to add to the checklist functionality.
