Could you explain what are all the criteria to affect the current shift to a technician ?
Sometimes when you run this action (for the same shift), all activites are affected to the Tech, and sometimes all activities stay in the tentative status.
Do we have some settings linked to the Tech ou Disapatcher ?

Results for 2 techs : OK for one , KO for the other
